Assist the Resident Engineer in the Project Activities from the beginning stage till the close out.
Planning and ensuring mechanical installation as per approved drawings and material specifications.
Supervising day to day site operations.
Detailed study for scope of work, Specification, Equipment Schedule and BOQ (Tender) etc.
Detailed design work of MEP systems.
Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation. 
Daily over view and plan manpower for execution of the project. 
Preparation of IFC Drawing and Material submittal for contractor. 
Shop drawing review and As built drawing approval for contractor. 
Preparation of Daily & Weekly program based on one month look ahead program. 
Supervision and installation of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting items as per drawing standard. 
Floating Request for Inspection (RFI) of installations by Contractor and rectifying if any snag works / comments. 
Floating request to consultant for material inspection as per submittals and specification.
Coordination with all other services like Architectural & Electrical, etc. towards successful completion of project.

 Track record of targeting zero safety violation of team members, in terms of JSA and other works carried out at site.

Project: Provision of heating ventilation and air conditioning specialty to Teaching hospital Sahiwal Total refrigeration capacity 2000 ton.
Water cooled chillers, air handling units, cooling tower and condensing units installation with BMS control system.
I plans, controls and monitors execution of all mechanical related works of the project
* To ensure that the project will be done according to
a) Approved drawings
b) Contract documents
c) Specifications and all applicable standard
* Implementations and monitoring of all mechanical work.
* Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. required for project.
* Plans and analyses all methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval.
* Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards prior to execution of any jobs.
* Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the mechanical work at site.
* Plans the execution of all mechanical related works and coordinates the works to electrical and civil groups.
* Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
* Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis at site.
* Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
* Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the all groups at site.
* Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
* Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
* Responsible for the safety of all groups at site by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary
